ManTech Holdings (Pty) Ltd. (hereafter ManTech) is a limited propriety company in South Africa specialising in the strategic management of new technologies and high-end innovations. ManTech’s overall objective is to design and develop technology business opportunities, facilitate the support capital to finance the financial start-up requirements and manage these technology ventures over time and at sustainable profits.
ManTech is responsible for obtaining Intellectual Property Rights via technology transfers and establishing new technology business enterprises based on joint ventures as agreed to by ManTech and its strategic partners and investors. In addition, ManTech will be responsible for the ‘Implementation, Training and Mentoring of the Joint Venture Entity’ to ensure that the technology successfully reaches the market.
As an international company, ManTech is specialising in developing knowledge generation and transfer between industry and academia in applied science and new technology fields.
ManTech consists of two (2) distinct but complementary divisions and relies on a partnership model with outstanding tertiary and research institutes. The core activities focus on two (2) areas of strategic importance for the future of economies. The two (2) focal areas include the following:
